How are the lessons structured?
Lessons are created by our subject experts based on the latest syllabus by MOE Singapore (for GCE O level subjects) and Cambridge IGCSE (for IGCSE subjects).
Each subject is broken down into individual topics. This gives students the flexibility to choose the topics according to what is taught in school.
Each topic comprises of 3 parts. First, Concept Video where the concept is explained in detail. Second, Practice questions related to the concept taught are provided to help student grasp what they just learnt. Lastly, Revision to cater to the various stages of a student's learning for the year.

What are the system requirements?
A reasonable internet speed (500MB and above is recommended) for optimum performance. Browsers supported includes commonly used browsers like Apple Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer.
What should I do if I encounter system error?
Please contact us and describe the problem or error encountered with screenshots of the error. We will contact our IT vendor to investigate the matter.
What is my subscription period?
Subscription starts on the day you enroll for our course and ends 12 months after the start date.
How many courses do I get for each subscription?
Each subscription is valid for one course. Each level of a subject is considered one course. For example, if you enroll for Sec 1 Maths, your child will only be attending online lesson related to Sec 1 Maths.
Is my subscription auto renewed?
We do not renew your subscription without permission or make unauthorised charges to your credit card as we do not collect or store our customers' credit card details.
Can I exchange or get a refund after subscribing to a course?
We are unable to offer exchange or refunds. You can sign up for a free 7-day trial to experience our online learning.
I need more help on the topics taught in the video. Can I ask the tutors?
If you require more help on the topics, you can sign up for our online live tuition lessons.
Account Matters
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Our system is managed by an enterprise level company to ensure that our customers information is protected.
I forget my password. How do I reset it?
You can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password" found on the Login page. You will have to add your email in order to receive the reset password link. The password link received in the Notification email is valid for 24 hours.
How do I know how many days before my subscription ends?
Go to the main course page and look for the course that you have subscribed. To access the main course page, click on the logo situated at the top left-hand corner. The expiry date of your subscription for each course is located at the top left-hand corner of that course as shown in the picture below.
What happens to my account if it is inactive?
Accounts that remain inactive for 15 months may be removed from our system for security purposes. If you wished to subscribe to our course after your account has been removed, you will need to re-register again.
