Proportion - Inverse
In this course, we will learn what inverse proportion is and how one quantity decreases as the other increases in an inverse proportion scenario. We will also be introduced to the inverse proportion symbol, learn how to convert it into an equation, and eventually determine the algebraic inverse proportion equation.

Inverse Proportion
Inverse proportion is the opposite of direct proportion, where an increase in one quantity causes a decrease in another. Both direct and inverse proportion use the same proportion symbol, but in inverse proportion, the variable on the right is the reciprocal of the corresponding variable in direct proportion.
